For you to receive the full time allotted for your PT session that helps you see improvement, we rely on you to show up to your appointments on time. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment to avoid being charged 50.00 for your session.
After three cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to discharge you as a patient of our clinic. We understand that sometimes emergencies pop up, so we discuss issues such as this on a case-by-case basis.

Each patient is different, however, after you inform us of your goals, we will work towards meeting those goals within a certain timeframe.
As we believe that the provider should be held accountable for ensuring that the patient receives the best care possible to meet these goals, we also believe that the patient’s improvement is also based on them being compliant with attending visits and doing their home exercises as prescribed by the PT.
